We are sorry to hear you want to return your KNOMO!
We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Form to include in your return shipment. For all returns and any repairs, you are required to cover the cost of the return delivery to our offices. However, if we are replacing an item due to a fault or incorrect delivery, we will pay for the item to be returned to you. For your own security, we recommend using a recorded delivery service when sending goods to us.
