Knomo are looking for a driven and analytical Digital Marketing Manager to join their ecommerce team in their Central London HQ, taking responsibility for rapid and significant increases in consumer awareness, acquisition and online sales growth.

Duties and Responsibilities
-- Manage the development, delivery and optimisation of Knomo’s global digital marketing plan (Email, SEO, Social, PPC, Affiliates, etc.), adapting it as required to ensure achievement of sales goals.
-- Work with the CMO to develop the long-term digital marketing strategy to meet the company objectives.
-- Own the analytics and consumer analysis to understand the consumer journey, ROI, CPA to deliver sales growth on time and on budget.
-- Drive and challenge the acquisition plan to deliver and over-deliver on ecommerce targets, actively seeking out new channels and opportunities.
-- Identify target audiences and segments and ensure message/product optimisation to produce maximum engagement and conversion.
-- Constantly monitor and analyse all acquisition campaigns, spend and results managing our digital agencies to ensure they are optimised and delivering best in class results.
-- Ensure brand consistency across global markets, whilst adapting to local market conditions and opportunities.
-- Lead the creation, curation and distribution of digital content designed to promote Knomo’s key messages and bring to life our marketing campaigns.
-- Manage the retention strategy and implementation to increase global retention rates, particularly through the email strategy.
-- Work in conjunction with the Ecommerce Global Trading Manager to ensure acquisition and on-site activity are aligned.
-- Develop a close link with the brand marketing teams to ensure brand positioning and calendar alignment.
-- Report to the Ecommerce and wider teams on performance and plans.
-- Over three years digital marketing experience incorporating the full marketing mix, design and implementation across a variety of digital channels and campaigns.
-- Extensive experience of managing digital agencies able to demonstrate end to end experience from briefing to reporting
-- Development and delivery of end-to-end marketing plans across global web sites.
-- Experience of targeting messages to specific audience segments.
-- Experience of using social media to engage target audiences and drive key messages and conversion goals.
-- Experience of developing and managing successful mobile campaigns.
-- Experience of developing brand partnerships leading to growth in awareness & sales.
-- Knowledge and experience of SEO, PPC, Social Marketing, Affiliates and Email marketing.
-- Excellent data and analytical skills to understand the real detail of marketing campaigns, ROI, CPA, segments, channels, etc. and constantly optimise and challenge the results.
-- Experience of digital marketing in global markets, ideally with specific experience in UK, USA and Germany.
-- Experience of Mailchimp and Shopify (or similar).
-- Proven commercial awareness combined with drive and ability to meet targets and deadlines to complete projects while maintaining strong attention to detail.
-- Ability to understand, communicate, implement and comply with marketing objectives, strategies, brand and creative guidelines in order to produce, direct and edit content that aligns with and supports defined key messages and campaigns.
-- Empathy and passion for product design.
-- Copywriting and creative skills a bonus.
