So, how does it work?
When you get to the www.knomo.com/uk checkout, simply choose the Pay After Delivery option, as provided by Klarna.
After we (Knomo) have received your order, you’ll receive an email from Klarna with details and instructions, which will explain when and how you’ll need to pay.
This email will contain a link to log in at Klarna.com, where you follow the steps to pay – easy!
Please ensure that your email address is filled in correctly, as all statements will be sent to this email address.
Once you have made your order, Klarna give us the money owed on your behalf. After that, you have 14 days to pay the balance directly to Klarna, without any interest or fees. Note: If you do not pay Klarna within the grace period, late fees may apply.
Of course, it is still possible to pay as normal by debit or credit card, or by Paypal.

Why haven’t I been given the Pay After Delivery option?
Although Pay After Delivery is widely promoted it is not always universally available. The Pay After Delivery method is automatically generated by algorithms that are dependent upon a number of factors including amount of order, the e-store, previous order history and item availability.
Alternatively, you are able to complete your order by paying by credit or debit card at the checkout.
How is my statement sent?
After we have sent your order, you will receive an email with payment instructions, telling you when you need to pay by. If you do not have your email to hand, you can contact Klarna’s Customer Service here.
What do I need to provide when I make a purchase?
If you want to make a purchase with Klarna you need to provide your mobile phone number and your e-mail address. The mobile number is required in case we (Knomo) need to reach you. All statements will be sent to your email address. It's very important that you give us the correct details, otherwise you will not receive the payment information and will be liable for late payment fees.
What are my payment options with Klarna?
You can pay with debit or credit card (Visa/Mastercard) immediately in the checkout or take advantage of our Pay After Delivery payment option, where you can pay for the goods once you have received them via debit card or bank transfer.
Which regions does Klarna work in?
The Pay After Delivery service is currently only available on the UK eCommerce site. We are looking to integrate the Klarna payment system onto our other platforms, too.
Can my order be delivered to an address other than my billing address?
Yes. When selecting Klarna as a payment method, you can choose to deliver the goods to an address other than your billing address. At the checkout, you will be given the option to enter a separate delivery address.

Can I postpone my due date?

Can I pay before the due date?
You can pay for your order at any point, after you receive the email from Klarna with the details of your payment.
Have you received my payment?
After Klarna have received your payment, Klarna will send you a payment confirmation to the email address that you used for your order. What if I want to cancel my order?
